Online Court Booking System

We have now moved to a new online booking system for the Eccleston Square Garden tennis court. As from 1st June, 2017 bookings can be made on the new system. The system goes live one week in advance to allow bookings from 1st June.

Benefits of the new system include:

Online booking and payment up to 14 days in advance
Ability to see details of available and booked times online
Ability to cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the booked time
Ability to receive email notification of cancellations
Ability to receive a refund for a cancelled booking within 24 hours of the booked time if another player books the cancelled slot
Ability to share booking costs with other Key-fob holders

You can start using the booking system now to book the court up to 14 days in advance in accordance with the Eccleston Square Garden tennis court rules.

All players must follow the Eccleston Square Gardens tennis rules. By using the tennis booking system you will be deemed to have agreed to comply with the tennis rules.

COURT FEES

The court fee remains unchanged at £5.00 per hour.

There will be a set-up fee of £5.00 charged the first time that an account is activated.

Each Key-fob holder has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court. You can purchase credit (£10 minimum) with most credit/debit cards when logged into the website. Your transaction will be securely processed by Stripe.

All unused tennis court stickers can be transferred as a credit to the new system. The stickers should be posted to Jane Harper Eccleston Square Garden Ltd High Park Farm Kirkbymoorside, York. Y0627HS. Please include your name, address and FOB number.

*A Key-fob holder is a Member, Owner, Outside Subscriber or User who is in lawful possession of a key-fob pursuant to the Articles of Association of Eccleston Square Company Limited
